Maximus is seeking a full-time Senior IBM COBOL Developer to support the IRS client. This is a remote position requiring an active IRS Moderate-Risk Background Investigation (MBI).

You will lead development, code, review, and mentor teammates, work with DB2, CICS, JCL, and batch processing, and ensure documentation is kept up to date.

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of COBOL development.
• Active IRS MBI is required.
• Experience with IBM COBOL, DB2, CICS, SQL, JCL, and batch processing.
• Strong communication and client support abilities.
