Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity architecture and strategy, anchoring identity as the control plane in a defense‑in‑depth program. You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity of AI‑enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and non‑human identities.

Partner with security leadership, mentor engineers, and elevate Detect/Respond capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise IAM or security engineering; Master’s in Cybersecurity with 6+ years acceptable.
• Expert hands‑on experience architecting and operating identity platforms (IdP/SSO, IGA, PAM).
• Experience with authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and communicate strategy clearly to peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturity.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Design SSO, federation, and authentication standards across SaaS and multi-cloud.
• Lead governance for non-human identities and automated policy enforcement.
