Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM function, owning architecture, strategy, and maturity of AI-enabled identity across workforces, customers, and machines. You will partner with security leadership to reduce the identity attack surface, set standards, mentor engineers, and strengthen detection and response to identity-based threats.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Master's in Cybersecurity or related field optional with 6+ years experience.
• Expert with IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM platforms and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and Zero Trust capabilities.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards across SaaS and multi-cloud.
• Define CIS benchmarks and automated compliance validation.
