Ramboll Americas seeks an experienced HSE leader to drive governance for a portfolio of EPC/EPCM projects. You will partner with Project Directors and leadership to embed Ramboll’s HSE standards, support high-risk work planning, and ensure effective safety management across multiple concurrent sites.

You will influence contractors, subs, and clients while balancing strategic governance with on-site execution, ensuring consistent, risk-based HSE execution across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety, engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years in on-site HSE leadership within large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-contractor environments and client interfaces.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive HSE governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead portfolio-wide HSE strategy and governance for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Act as primary HSE advisor to project directors and leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of HSE program and translate into practical field actions.
• Provide governance over risk management, incident investigation, and audits.
• Coach and align project leadership with high-risk safety controls.
