Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior HSE Leader to oversee health, safety, and environmental performance across its EPC/EPCM projects in the Ramboll Americas portfolio. The role demands extensive field experience, strong contractor management, and the ability to influence across client and contractor stakeholders.

You will establish governance, support high-risk work planning, and ensure consistent HSE execution across multiple concurrent projects while traveling to site locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSE leadership experience in large EPC/EPCM environments.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage with field teams, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HSE leadership across Ramboll’s EPC/EPCM project portfolio.
• Establish consistent HSE governance and project-level safety execution.
• Coordinate multi-party contractor management and safety requirements.
• Govern risk management, incident investigations, and lessons learned across projects.
• Promote visible HSE leadership and drive safety culture improvements.
