Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas is seeking a senior HSE leader to oversee health, safety, and environmental governance across its EPC/EPCM project portfolio. The role combines strategic guidance with hands-on field support to ensure safe delivery of complex construction activities.

You will shape standards, coordinate multi‑party safety requirements, and mentor project teams, contractors, and clients while aligning with Ramboll's safety program and risk management framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of on-site HSE leadership in large-scale EPC/EPCM settings.
• Strong contractor management and multi-project coordination experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with construction management delivery models and safety governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSE strategy for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Define scalable HSE structures and governance.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, alignment, and audits.
• Provide risk management, incident oversight, and assurance.
• Foster HSE culture and leadership across teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client liaison.
• Establish HSE performance reporting across projects.
