Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation seeks a Senior HSE Leader to oversee HSE governance across Ramboll's EPC/EPCM portfolio in the Americas. You will drive safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities, aligning expectations with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in on-site HSE leadership for large construction programs, strong contractor management, and the ability to influence multiple project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE programs for large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Ability to influence senior project, client and contractor stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification and risk management.
• Proven track record with multi-contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSE strategy and governance across EPC/EPCM projects.
• Provide strategic HSE guidance to project directors and leadership.
• Align contractors and project teams with Ramboll HSE standards.
• Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and site controls.
• Develop and implement standardized HSE execution plans.
