Ramboll is seeking an experienced senior HSE leader to oversee health, safety, and environmental governance across our EPC/EPCM portfolio in the Americas. The role emphasizes strategic guidance, risk management, and practical field support to ensure safe delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

You will lead the development of portfolio-wide HSE standards, align contractors and project teams, and influence senior stakeholders to embed best practices in safety performance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSE leadership experience.
• Experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications (CSP, CMIOSH, NEBOSH, CRSP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead portfolio-wide HSE approach enabling consistent standards across EPC/EPCM projects.
• Advise Project Directors and leadership teams on HSE governance and execution.
• Drive adoption of HSE program and translate into project-level behaviours.
• Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and assurance activities.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, audits, and multi-party alignment.
