Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Leader to oversee HSE governance across Ramboll's EPC/EPCM portfolio in the Americas. You will lead strategic and field-based safety execution, aligning with clients, contractors, and Ramboll leadership to deliver safe, compliant projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on field experience, multi-project coordination, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving a culture of safety across large-scale construction programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
At least 10+ years of progressive on-site HSE leadership experience with large EPC/EPCM exposure.
Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage with field teams.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio-wide HSE approach across EPC/EPCM projects.
Serve as primary HSE advisor to Project Directors and leadership teams.
Drive adoption of Ramboll's HSE program and translate into practical project-level behaviors.
Provide governance and assurance over risk management, permits, and field controls.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure consistent HSE execution across projects.
