Job summary

Ramboll Americas seeks a senior HSE leader to drive governance and execution across large EPC/EPCM projects. You will coordinate multi-party safety programs, manage contractor interfaces, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires substantial field experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across project teams, clients, and vendors in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSE leadership experience with large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage effectively with field teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HSE leadership across Ramboll’s EPC/EPCM project portfolio in Ramboll Americas.
• Define HSE governance frameworks and enable effective field execution across multiple projects.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, audits, and performance reviews to align with Ramboll standards.
• Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations across projects.
