Job summary

Jerritt Canyon is seeking a Senior HRIS and Process Specialist for a full-time, remote-to-Nevada-based role. You will lead and support the review, selection, implementation, testing, and stabilization of a new HRIS platform across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and site stakeholders.

• Senior-level experience leading HRIS implementations and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS platform.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and site stakeholders to define requirements and support system configuration decisions.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, issue tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
