Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting multiple HR technology platforms.
• Ability to configure security roles, workflows, and testing for HR systems.
• Strong data quality, data mapping, and reporting skills.
• Proven track record in ERP/HRIS transformations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive global HRIS implementations and standardize processes across regions.
• Conduct UAT, QA, issue tracking, and post-launch validation.
• Prepare training materials and rollout resources for changes.
• Maintain system documentation and data mappings.
• Produce recurring P&C reports and dashboards for key metrics.
