Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of HRIS solutions, with a primary focus on Workday, to enable scalable, compliant HR operations across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to ensure system alignment, develop advanced reporting, ensure data governance, and support testing, releases, and continuous improvement cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience including Workday administration, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills with focus on data integrity and governance.
• Experience supporting system testing, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting HR technology, transformation, and change management initiatives.
• Workday certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS functionality to meet evolving business needs.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, workflows, and reporting models.
• Develop and implement scalable processes aligned with transformation goals.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure system alignment across functions.
• Serve as a subject matter resource in HRIS platforms, building depth in Workday functionality.
• Design and deliver advanced reporting capabilities across HR systems to support decisions.
