Job summary

We. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday to join our Global HR Systems team.

You will configure, optimize, and support the Workday platform, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will serve as the Workday SME, drive enhancements, support global initiatives, and deliver insights through reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HRIS experience with Workday
• Hands-on Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities globally

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration across Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance
• Manage security roles, business processes, and integrations
• Test Workday releases, enhancements, functionality
• Troubleshoot issues with stakeholders and vendors
• Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance across systems
• Oversee employee lifecycle transactions and configurations
• Manage data feeds between Workday and downstream systems
• Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc HR reporting
• Analyze HR data trends to provide insights
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and usability
• Lead or support HRIS projects, implementations, upgrades, integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Partner with functional leads; provide system expertise
• Train users; develop system documentation
