Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a Senior P&C Information Systems Analyst (Workday SME) to configure and optimize Workday across Core HCM, Recruiting, and related SKUs. You will partner with P&C, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-governed HR solutions.

You will lead enhancements, data loads, integrations, and security, with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and user satisfaction. A strong independent work ethic and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules.
• Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Recruiting and additional SKUs; strong proficiency in Workday reporting.
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead small-to-medium Workday initiatives or configuration projects from planning through execution.
• Experience with EIBs and data loads across HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and testing of Workday enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications.
• Develop, configure, and maintain EIBs and related tools to support data loading and integration.
• Provide support for integrations and data flow, troubleshooting to ensure data consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and user experience.
• Assist with Workday security configuration and audits, including maintenance of security groups.
• Lead Workday release management, coordinating readiness and user adoption.
• Maintain documentation of HR Technology procedures and system updates.
• Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for key stakeholders.
