Job summary

Relativity is seeking an HRIS Lead to steer Workday and related HR systems from a senior individual contributor position. You will partner with HR, IT, and business teams to design, implement, and evolve scalable HR technology solutions.

As the Workday expert, you will own complex initiatives on the HRIS roadmap, mentor analysts, and drive system strategy while ensuring governance, security, and data quality across HR domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with advanced module knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security concepts, and systems architecture.
• Experience with reporting, testing, security design, and process automation within HR technology platforms.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional HRIS initiatives including Workday functionality implementations.
• Own and influence the HRIS roadmap with senior HR and business stakeholders.
• Serve as primary Workday SME, guiding configuration, optimization, and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and manage risks.
• Lead resolution of highly complex HRIS issues and long-term fixes.
• Provide technical leadership for annual and enterprise-wide HR programs.
• Partner with IT and vendors to support integrations, upgrades, and security maintenance.
• Establish and maintain high-quality system documentation and reporting frameworks.
• Mentor HRIS analysts through reviews and coaching with no direct people management.
• Build expertise in Workday Extend and governance of applications and solutions.
