CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights, remote in the United States. You will set the long-term technology strategy for People Systems and workforce analytics, govern HR configurations and data security, and partner with IT, Finance, and Legal to drive enterprise value.

You will lead a team focused on HR systems, analytics, and employee listening, ensuring compliant, equitable, and data-driven decisions while advancing self-service analytics for HR partners

Formación

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization across modules.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR configurations, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology forums and risk decisions.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team and build development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk and standards.
• Process owner for internal controls and audit evidence.
• Oversee employee listening technology and reporting with confidentiality protections.
• Advance self-service analytics and data literacy for HR partners.
