Job summary

Foot Locker is hiring a Senior Engineer for HR Systems & Integrations to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across Workday and the broader HR tech landscape. You will partner with HR Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure integrations.

The role requires deep Workday integration experience, enterprise middleware skills, and a strong focus on reliability and data integrity across global systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS, Info Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations.
• 3 years Workday integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) across Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and more.
• Develop using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services/REST/SOAP.
• Create middleware and API-driven integration patterns with secure file transfer and data security.
• Lead production support, monitoring, and optimization of integrations across systems.
