Foot Locker is seeking an experienced Sr. Engineer, HR Systems – Integrations to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across Workday and the HR technology landscape. You will connect HR, payroll, finance, identity, and more, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability for Foot Locker’s global workforce.

The role emphasizes Workday integration expertise, middleware design, API-driven solutions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote US-only environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations.
• 3+ years Workday integration experience required.
• Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP.
• Strong API, middleware, event-driven, and secure file-based patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday integration engineering across HCM, payroll, and benefits.
• Design and deliver middleware-based, API-driven integrations.
• Develop with Dell Boomi, Control-M, and secure file transfer.
• Define patterns, data models, interfaces, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure reliability and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across teams.
