Job summary

Meta's People Engineering Team is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Workday integrations that connect HR systems across the enterprise. You will lead the research, design, testing, and delivery of new integrations, creating detailed specs, field mappings, and deployment plans to support HR and Global Payroll workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of Workday integration experience, including Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, plus a strong track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience working with Workday.
• At least one full implementation of Workday with technical and integrations experience.
• 6+ years building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• 6+ years of experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 6+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of Workday integrations.
• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday Integrations.
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs for deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess impact of projects.
• Develop plans to advance Meta's Workday strategy and data architecture.
• Help manage timelines and deliverables within large multi-month projects.
• Understand data flows between internal systems and Workday and align with system owners.
