Cognitive Minds is seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday HCM Developer to lead design, development, deployment, and support of complex Workday integrations in a large enterprise. This role requires a hands-on Workday specialist capable of independently owning integration architecture, development, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Workday HCM and Core HCM experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services.
• Excellent XML, XSLT, and JSON development skills.
• Advanced Workday Reporting, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
• Knowledge of Workday Security and Integration Security.
• Ability to independently manage Workday integration development projects.
• Experience with Data Conversion and Data Load activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday HCM integrations.
• Create enterprise integrations using Workday Studio.
• Develop and maintain EIB integrations and Core Connectors.
• Integrate Workday with enterprise applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Use Workday Web Services for inbound/outbound integrations.
• Develop Advanced Reports, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
• Design XML, XSLT, JSON transformations/mapping.
• Support data conversions, migrations, and bulk loads.
• Implement and manage Workday security/integration security frameworks.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
• Support release management, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and business teams.
• Lead integration architecture design and adherence to best practices.
• Create technical docs and maintain integration standards.
