Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sr. Engineer, HR Systems – Integrations to design, develop, and optimize enterprise integrations across Workday and HR applications. You will partner with HR Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions for global HR data.

The role emphasizes Workday integration expertise, middleware design, and secure file transfer with a focus on reliability, data integrity, and operational excellence in a fully remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise application integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies and middleware patterns.
• Experience with API, event-driven, batch, and secure file-based integration patterns.
• Familiarity with security, data governance, and regulatory controls in integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across Workday and HR systems.
• Build scalable integration designs for global requirements and high data volumes.
• Lead integration patterns, data mapping, and security considerations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
