Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions in the United States seeks a Sr. Account Manager to lead strategic client accounts and own operational delivery. You will drive project execution and serve as the face of our organization to clients daily.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver excellent service, advise on plan design, and support renewals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years in a customer service role required.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted advisor relationship with existing customers to enhance retention.
• Supports complex, high-profile and strategic books of business.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver best-in-class service.
• Facilitates client meetings to provide status updates and resolve action items.
• Drives internal resolution of open items and client issues.
• Facilitates benefit changes for clients and directs implementation.
• Analyzes client requirements to ensure feasibility.
• Supports client renewal activities with Account Executive and Clinical Account Executive.
• Performs regular account maintenance tasks and may travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
