Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and overall account execution.

You will partner with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver effective benefit solutions while advancing renewal opportunities. You will act as the voice of the customer, guiding plan design considerations and ensuring operational excellence across multiple accounts.

Competenze

• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
