Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with customers to enhance retention and experience.
• Supports complex, high-profile, and strategic books of business.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver best-in-class service and benefit solutions.
• Facilitates client meetings to advise and provide status updates and resolve action items.
• Drives internal resolution to open issues and actions.
• Leads changes to client benefits and provides guidance on implementation.
• Analyzes client requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
• Decides on resolution of member and client issues.
• Provides clients with system support and collaboration tools.
• Supports client renewal activities with Account Executive and Clinical AE.
• Executes regular account maintenance (reporting, requests, enrollment support).
• May require conference calls, meetings, or travel outside normal hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
