Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and hire top software and hardware engineers across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers and the People team to manage full-cycle hiring and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in software and/or hardware.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple searches.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
