Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) to lead top-of-funnel talent generation for critical engineering roles including software, hardware, robotics, and AI. This is a 6-month contract with potential extension, fully remote with the option to work hybrid from select US locations.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience.
• 2+ years in-house experience preferred.
• Sourcing across software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage passive technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Craft personalized outreach to drive engagement and response rates.
• Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track candidate activity and sourcing metrics in the ATS.
• Share talent market insights and sourcing trends with teams.
• Contribute to sourcing best practices and process improvements.
