Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Operations Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing roles. You will partner with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a high-quality experience from intake to offer.

You will source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, while driving process improvements for greater scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ years in-house.
• Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
