Job summary

Engine is seeking a Business Systems Engineer to build and connect the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, engagement, and automation workflows. You will ship code through git/CI-CD, integrate AI into production processes, and collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Growth to solve real problems.

In this role you’ll work across Salesforce and iPaaS integrations, balancing engineering rigor with practical, scalable solutions, in a hybrid/remote environment at scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a business systems / GTM systems engineer or similar role.
• Ability to write code where it counts and decide when no-code/low-code suffices.
• Hands-on with git and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Some real AI work—shipped automations or AI coding tools in production.

Responsibilities

• Build and connect systems behind Engine's go-to-market motions (CRM, engagement, enrichment, automation).
• Manage integrations, internal tooling, and workflows across multiple platforms (including Salesforce).
• Ship through git and CI/CD with proper review/testing; maintainable systems for the next owner.
