Job summary

DigitalOcean seeks a Senior GTM Engineer to own projects across the go-to-market stack, delivering integrations, automation, and AI-powered workflows. You will work with a TPM and senior engineers on scalable designs spanning Salesforce, Outreach, Planhat, DealHub, and Clay.

You’ll handle tier-2 escalations, ship durable fixes, and mentor teammates while driving end-to-end initiatives that improve data quality across Snowflake and downstream tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and building GTM/business systems, with Salesforce depth.
• Hands-on in two other GTM tool categories like sales engagement, CS platforms, CPQ, enrichment or marketing automation.
• Delivery record of end-to-end projects that shipped in production.
• Experience building/debugging integrations via iPaaS tools and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project work across the GTM stack: new tool implementations, integrations, automation of routing/handoff/lifecycle processes, and cross-tool enhancements; own from design through testing, rollout, and enablement
• Handle tier 2 escalations: flow errors, integration failures, data model questions, and cross-system issues; root-cause and durable fixes
• Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS tooling (e.g. Fivetran) and APIs; keep data consistent from Snowflake to Salesforce to downstream tools
• Build AI-powered workflows: agents and LLM-based automation; MCP integrations across the stack; propose new AI use cases
• Do meaningful Salesforce work: complex flows, data model changes, permission updates, sandbox and release management
• Coordinate with vendors on implementations, support cases, and POCs; evaluate new tools hands-on
• Raise the team's bar: document builds, establish reusable patterns, and mentor engineers
