Handshake is building a scalable GTM stack to empower growth across products and segments. As Senior GTM Systems Manager, you will architect the GTM data model across Salesforce, Gainsight, Nooks, Clay, and LLMs, and lead both internal teams and external Salesforce consultants.

This hands-on role requires strong architectural vision, excellent communication with technical and business partners, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in RevOps.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Salesforce, GTM or RevOps roles, ideally at an architect level.
• Hands-on Salesforce skills: Flows, validation rules, approvals, disciplined releases.
• Architect-level design of workflows across pipeline, quoting/CPQ, renewals & expansion.
• Experience with integration beyond Salesforce (sales engagement, CS, data enrichment).
• Experience evaluating new software and managing vendors; ability to align with AI-driven changes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.

Responsabilidades

• Architect end-to-end GTM workflows and data models from lead to renewal.
• Connect Salesforce, Gainsight, Nooks and Clay into a unified stack; improve deal inspection and renewal risk visibility.
• Evaluate new GTM/AI tools and onboard vendors to stay at the leading edge.
• Lead internal teams and external Salesforce consultants; balance build vs. buy vs. outsource.
