Job summary

Klaviyos is seeking a Senior GTM Architect to own end-to-end GTM systems architecture spanning Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS/support platforms. You will translate ambiguous GTM strategy into data models and integration patterns, and stay hands-on to build parts of the solution.

You will present decisions to senior GTM, RevOps, and executive leadership, mentor engineers, and ship agentic AI workflows that transform how marketing, sales and CX operate.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multi-function GTM platforms (marketing, sales, CX).
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Experience building agentic AI/LLM workflows in GTM.
• Ability to translate cross-functional problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture across CRM, marketing automation, and CS.
• Ship AI agents into production replacing manual GTM work.
• Redesign GTM processes around AI and measure outcomes.
• Present architecture decisions to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers on system design and AI workflows.
