Job summary

Klaviyo's GTM Systems team is seeking a Senior GTM Architect to own architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS/support platforms. You will drive AI-native transformations and stay hands-on to build critical components.

You will influence senior leadership, define data governance, and mentor engineers to raise engineering standards across GTM systems. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• You've been the technical decision-maker for a complex GTM platform spanning multiple functions.
• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI/LLM-powered workflows for real business problems.
• Able to translate ambiguous cross-functional problems into a technical solution with clear tradeoffs.
• Operate with autonomy and influence, guiding senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers and GTM Systems teammates through design reviews and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS/support platforms.
• Ship AI agents into production, replacing manual GTM work with auditable automation.
• Redesign core GTM processes around AI, evaluating AI-native tools.
• Stay hands-on to architect and ship meaningful parts of the solution.
• Establish data quality and governance standards and build reliable reporting.
• Serve as go-to domain expert to Marketing, Sales, RevOps, CX and leadership; translate complex choices into clear decisions.
• Mentor engineers on system design and AI-native workflows.
