Handshake is hiring a Senior GTM Systems Manager to architect the go-to-market stack across Salesforce, Gainsight, Nooks, Clay and AI integrations. You will lead architecture, data governance, and vendor engagements to enable scalable, reliable revenue operations.

You will collaborate with sales, customer success, and product to design scalable workflows, drive tool evaluations, and mentor teams while balancing build vs buy decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Salesforce, GTM or RevOps at architect level.
• Hands-on Salesforce: Flows, validation rules, approvals, releases.
• Architect design of workflows for pipeline, CPQ, renewals; solid data model.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with engagement, CS and data tools.
• Proven ability to evaluate software and manage external vendors.
• Proven track record shipping systems adopted by Sales and CS.
• Weight build vs buy vs outsource; manage external consultants.
• Clear communication with tech and non-tech partners.
