Hyland is seeking a Lead GTM Analyst to drive data-informed decision making across the marketing organization. You will analyze campaign performance, funnel health, and marketing?s contribution to pipeline and revenue, delivering insights to senior leaders.

You will define analytical approaches, develop strategic reporting frameworks, and mentor teammates on best practices in marketing analytics while advancing Hyland’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance, pipeline analytics, or demand generation analytics.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and presenting insights to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis of pipeline health, funnel conversion, stage progression, pipeline coverage, and revenue performance across the demand waterfall.
• Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, including lead generation, engagement, pipeline creation, influenced revenue, and ROI; provide optimization recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to assess channel performance, messaging, audience targeting, and resource allocation; present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards; improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Mentor and coach team members, stay current on marketing analytics best practices, and contribute to growth of the marketing organization.
