Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Sr. Director - GTM & Marketing Strategy to shape revenue-driving go-to-market and marketing programs. You will partner with executives to define strategy, investments, and scalable execution across solutions and units.

You will leverage analytics, market insights, and AI-driven data to inform decisions, build executive narratives, and drive measurable growth while aligning long-term goals with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of marketing, communications, or related leadership.
• Proven success leading strategic planning and large programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic GTM and marketing programs, with a multi-year roadmap aligned to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executive marketing and GTM leaders on strategic planning and investments.
• Translate strategy into scalable governance, frameworks, and execution models across orgs.
• Evaluate programs and initiatives, balancing opportunity, ROI, and impact.
• Use analytics and market insights to guide data-driven investment decisions.
• Serve as a strategic connector across cross-functional teams.
• Develop executive narratives, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Establish KPI frameworks and attribution methodologies tied to outcomes.
• Analyze market, competitors, and customers to identify growth opportunities.
• Advocate for AI-driven insights to improve GTM effectiveness and efficiency.
• Build repeatable planning and evaluation processes for consistent prioritization.
