Hyland is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Administrator to support planning, execution, and optimization of marketing processes. This role combines technical expertise with stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and process excellence across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

You will collaborate across teams, manage data quality, drive efficiency, and mentor colleagues while aligning with Hyland's enterprise content platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, and/or project management.
• Hands-on experience with databases and data sets development.
• Strong facilitation and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with stakeholders with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage data quality in assigned systems and resolve issues related to campaigns and data integrity.
• Develop roadmaps for process efficiency in marketing systems and projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing systems and integrations.
• Support reporting and KPI management with accessible weekly and monthly targets.
• Assist in managing marketing system budgets and vendors.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and cross-functional partners.
