BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You’ll work with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to build scalable acquisition loops and drive user growth.

You will lead growth projects, run experiments, and turn high-intent visitors into active users, partnering with data scientists and performance marketing to guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and resolving conflicts while coaching mid-level PMs.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus may apply as part of compensation.

Responsabilités

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands by collaborating with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO and Engineering to scale user acquisition.
• Lead growth projects across teams, set up experiments, and convert high-intent visitors into active users.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders, engineers, data scientists, and performance marketers to build scalable acquisition loops.
• Use data and customer insights to advocate growth sources and align executives and marketing leaders.
• Manage real-time CPC bidding engine, API integrations, attribution, and fraud controls.
• Own Joblist as a traffic source including Google bidding and ROAS targets for the marketplace.
• Identify limits of acquisition platforms and steer investments to scale.
• Run scalable experiments across customer-facing surfaces and use research to decide what to test next.
• Employ web analytics and user behavior modeling to guide investment decisions.
