Job summary

Alkami, a remote-first digital banking platform provider in the US, seeks a Sr Growth Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth across ABM and multi-channel initiatives.

You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align go-to-market objectives, analyze campaign data, and innovate strategies to improve performance and measurement of marketing-sourced revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in demand generation within SaaS/FinTech/MarTech environments with measurable impact on pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and executing multi-channel digital and ABM campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across web, email, paid media, social, ABM platforms, and events to generate qualified pipeline.
• Develop ABM strategies aligned to target segments by defining personas, messaging, and channel mix.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including MQLs/SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI to optimize programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to align lead qualification criteria and nurture strategies.
• Develop audience segmentation and buyer personas from data insights and sales feedback.
• Leverage marketing automation to build and optimize nurture streams and scoring models.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.
