Blackboard seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Business & Government to own end-to-end demand generation campaigns and drive pipeline across the enterprise segment. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, Ops, and Sales to connect GTM positioning to audience-specific strategies.

You’ll lead ABM programs, field events, and AI-native optimization, ensuring attribution and cross-functional alignment across GTM teams and the broader revenue machine.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to build and measure integrated campaigns that generate pipeline with ownership of a metric.
• Real ABM experience with account-level plays and measurement.
• Ownership of field and event marketing, including post-event attribution.
• AI-native workflows and automation integrated into campaign operations.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated campaign calendar for new logo acquisition in the Business & Government segment with pipeline targets.
• Translate GTM positioning into audience-specific narratives and assets; execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Design ABM programs across target accounts and manage field events with alignment to pipeline goals.
• Build and maintain multi-touch attribution to capture full funnel impact across channels.
• Develop field-specific assets and ensure alignment with GTM teams, sales, and brand.
• Own performance reporting: pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL, cost per op, and ROI.
