Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Growth Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

You will apply advanced expertise in digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align go-to-market objectives. The role offers significant autonomy, with emphasis on measurable pipeline impact and revenue contribution.

Qualificações

• Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Strong expertise in ABM and marketing automation to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data, optimize for ROI, and report findings to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across web, email, paid media, social, programmatic, ABM platforms and events.
• Develop ABM strategies aligned to target segments with personas, messaging, and channel mix.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Analyze metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI) to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Sales/ SDR for lead qualification criteria and nurture strategies.
• Develop audience segmentation and buyer personas from data insights and sales feedback.
• Leverage marketing automation to build, test, and optimize nurture streams and scoring models.
• Partner with Product Marketing to refine value propositions and messaging fidelity.
• Prepare performance reports for marketing leadership with insights and recommendations.
• Test creative elements and offers; iterate channel strategies with data-driven experiments.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and data integrity in CRM/marketing systems.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
