Job summary

Quantum Energy Square is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Marketing Manager to lead data-driven growth across paid media, email, and owned content platforms. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop, Thrive Market, and more while collaborating with product, brand, and sales teams to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 5 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce with hands-on ownership of multiple channels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven brand strategist who can define positioning and execute it across every digital surface
• Deeply data-driven: builds own analysis, presents findings as clear business recommendations
• Direct experience managing paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Amazon Seller Central experience: listings, advertising, DSP, Buy Box, content optimization
• Hands-on ownership of site UX, landing pages, PDP/PLP optimization, and A/B testing
• Hands-on with Klaviyo or a comparable email/SMS platform
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage external agencies
• Strong financial acumen: budget management, P&L contribution, forecasting, trade spend
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Thrive Market, Instacart, Ibotta, or similar marketplace platforms
• Eager to work with AI (Claude, ChatGPT)
• Project management skills --- able to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and align stakeholders across multiple
• CPG or food and beverage background preferred

Responsibilities

• Evolve digital brand strategy across channels to ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and identity
• Oversee integrated marketing plans connecting acquisition, conversion, and retention into a cohesive consumer journey
• Go-to-market strategy for new product launches across digital touchpoints
• Own all digital marketing channels including Amazon, DTC (Shopify), TikTok Shop, Thrive Market, and other platforms
• Oversee paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms
• Oversee email and SMS marketing campaigns, flows, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Own subscription/retention program strategy and partner with agencies on setup and optimization
• Own experimentation roadmaps and marketing automation workflows
• Manage creator and affiliate programs (LTK, Shopify Collabs, Awin, Amazon Creator Connections)
• Oversee UGC programs and organic social content production
• Ensure brand and product content accuracy across all digital platforms
• Track KPIs and build performance dashboards; report on ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, AOV
• Coordinate monthly channel sales forecasts with Finance
• Conduct competitive analysis and category research
• Act as primary contact for agency and vendor partners; manage budgets across channels
• Manage one virtual assistant for creator outreach and social engagement
• Review and approve creative briefs, copy, and campaign documentation
