Job summary

DrFirst seeks a results-driven Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition to run and optimize the digital marketing programs behind our demand engine. You own paid search, SEO, display, email, paid social, and affiliate channels, and you hold the numbers on customer acquisition cost, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.

You lead a small team of digital marketing specialists and coordinators, and you partner daily with product marketing, analytics, and creative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with focus on acquisition and demand generation.
• Proven success with measurable gains in acquisition and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to work with data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital acquisition programs across paid search, SEO, display, email, social, and affiliates.
• Manage day-to-day campaigns, track CAC, CPA, and ROI, and adjust tactics to hit targets.
• Lead a small team and provide guidance on campaign execution.
• Collaborate with product marketing, analytics, and creative teams to stay on brand.
• Apply data-driven insights to test new tactics and lift funnel conversion rates.
• Build and maintain reporting on channel performance and spend efficiency.
• Manage agency and partner relationships, including scope and budgeting.
• Track trends and recommend improvements to acquisition programs.
• Ensure healthcare privacy requirements are met and brand standards are upheld.
