Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing, Senior Manager to lead our marketing tech stack integration, improve our growth funnel, and drive next-generation acquisition strategies from a fully remote, US-based position.

You will own the email program, CDP governance, and cross-channel orchestration while collaborating with data, product, and brand teams in a fast-paced, fully virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on CDP experience, preferably Twilio Segment.
• Direct experience with Marketo or HubSpot and other ESPs.
• Experience designing segmentation using first-party data and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience segment buildout and data taxonomy with the data team.
• Own end-to-end email marketing program and automation flows.
• Establish data hygiene and CAN-SPAM compliance across campaigns.
• Collaborate on subscriber data governance and CDP alignment.
• Drive omni-channel strategy with direct mail and digital campaigns.
• Lead AI automation adoption for send-time optimization and segmentation.
• Manage dashboards linking channels to engagement and revenue.
