Job summary

Curious is seeking a data-driven demand generation expert to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from our head office. You will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

The role combines technical rigor with creative problem-solving to achieve ambitious growth targets, including continuous optimization, analytics-driven decision making, and collaboration with analytics teams to ensure data

Qualifications

• 5-10 years hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and additional paid media platforms.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement tools.
• Proficiency in frontier AI tools and models, with the ability to work as a full-stack engineer.
• Data-driven mindset: able to analyze complex data sets and make data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and other channels.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative iteration.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust to maximize ROI and hit KPI targets.
• Develop audience targeting strategies based on customer data and behavioral insights.
• Track, analyze, and report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and channel attribution.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with data/analytics teams to ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy.
