Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles.
• Proven ability to translate priorities into measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Strong understanding of B2B pipeline dynamics and account engagement.
• Experience designing multichannel programs (digital, ABM, events).
• Strong program management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into integrated marketing strategies.
• Build roadmaps with objectives, audiences, success metrics, and activation plans.
• Design programs that generate demand and improve pipeline conversion.
• Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and workflows for multiple segments and regions.
• Partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Partners to drive execution.
• Establish measurement frameworks that link marketing to pipeline and outcomes.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and investment decisions.
• Identify AI-enabled workflows for research, targeting, content, planning, activation, reporting, and optimization.
• Support planning and execution of select events (roundtables, trade shows, etc.).
