Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Marketing Manager to shape scalable, integrated programs aligning with business priorities, sales goals, and pipeline needs. You’ll operate at strategy-execution intersection, defining audiences, orchestrating multichannel campaigns, and creating activation models for Field Marketing and Sales.

The role requires data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled workflow application to speed, consistency, and scale, in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, account-based marketing, or program management.
• Strong understanding of B2B pipeline dynamics and conversion.
• Experience designing multichannel programs using digital, ABM, events, and partner tactics.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities, sales goals, product launches, pipeline gaps, and customer insights into integrated marketing strategies.
• Build forward-looking program roadmaps with objectives, audiences, success measures, and activation plans.
• Design programs that generate demand, expand buying groups, and improve pipeline conversion.
• Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, templates, and workflows activated across segments, regions, accounts, and sales teams.
• Partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Partner teams to drive coordinated execution.
• Establish executive-ready measurement frameworks connecting marketing performance to pipeline.
• Translate account, opportunity, engagement, customer, and market data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve research, targeting, content development, planning, activation, reporting, and optimization.
• Support planning and execution of select events, including roundtables and trade shows.
