Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Five+ years in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or program management.
• Proven ability to translate business and sales priorities into marketing programs with measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Strong understanding of B2B pipeline dynamics and multi-channel tactics.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities, sales goals, product launches, and insights into integrated marketing strategies.
• Build roadmaps with objectives, audiences, success measures, and activation plans.
• Design programs that generate demand and improve pipeline conversion.
• Develop scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows activated across segments, regions, and sales teams.
• Partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Partners for coordinated execution.
• Establish executive-ready measurement frameworks linking marketing to pipeline and outcomes.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and investment decisions.
• Identify AI-enabled workflows to improve research, targeting, content, planning, activation and reporting.
• Support planning and execution of events like roundtables and trade shows.
