Job summary

Bluebeam, Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Architect to translate demand strategy into brand-specific growth plans and hands-on execution across channels.

You will partner with brand teams, drive multi-channel campaigns, AB tests, and funnel optimization to accelerate pipeline and LTV. You’ll work with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, guiding internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals while sharing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or B2B marketing leading segmentation/targeting, demand gen, and lead optimization.
• Experience scaling customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through digital programs.
• Experience planning multi-channel growth initiatives in agency, consulting, or in-house.
• Highly organized with strong PM, communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to use funnel, campaign, and customer data to generate actionable insights.
• Experience developing hypotheses, running experiments, and applying learnings to improve performance.
• Ability to drive brand work independently within shared demand strategy and standards.
• Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, and partners without direct supervision.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Architect and brand teams to translate demand strategy into actionable growth plans.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze demand generation initiatives across channels.
• Define, run, and optimize A/B, multivariate, and matched-market tests.
• Serve as the day-to-day demand-gen partner for brands and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Turn campaign and market insights into clear actions; surface opportunities and risks to leadership.
• Measure and report performance by channel using KPIs including pipeline, CAC, ROI, retention, and LTV.
• Guide delivery across internal and external partners while completing priority work as needed.
• Document and share effective tactics and repeatable practices across brands.
