Aleph, an AI-native FP&A platform, is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to shape how demand is created, converted, and measured. Marketing runs campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, webinars, sponsorships, partnerships, lifecycle, and paid media.

This senior role owns the end-to-end funnel, builds multi-channel campaigns, drives pipeline growth, and builds measurement to guide where to invest.

Qualifications

• Experience owning B2B demand generation or pipeline growth.
• Track record for pipeline quality over volume.
• Comfort marketing to a technical, considered-purchase audience.
• Sound judgment on paid performance and funnel optimization.
• Ability to handle incomplete attribution.
• Hands-on, systems-oriented marketer who builds in-tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run integrated campaigns across content, webinars, events, sponsorships, email, lifecycle, and paid.
• Drive qualified inbound pipeline growth and optimize conversion across funnel.
• Improve path from first touch to booked meeting to qualified opportunity.
• Own paid strategy, including budget allocation and testing priorities.
• Develop nurture and re-engagement for prospects not ready to buy.
• Build clear reporting and attribution to show what's working.
